Om meditation

Jeg abonnerer for tiden på en ugentlig “saying” af Pema Chödron.

Denne uge er det:

WHO WE AREMeditation practice isn’t about trying to throw ourselves away and become something better. It’s about befriending who we are already. The ground of practice is you or me or whoever we are right now, just as we are. That’s the ground, that’s what we study, that’s what we come to know with tremendous curiosity and interest.

I live together with my husband at the most wonderful place of Fejø Retreat. I am a trained mindfulness meditation teacher and body psychotherapist. On the land we are realizing our permaculture design with the help of many volunteers. A healing garden opened in 2013.

  1. Det kunne da godt være, man skulle standse op og forske lidt i, hvordan man skal klare tilværelsen ved at bruge de ressourcer, man nu engang har.
